Retail Store Officer (ROO-DPS) - Denpasar Based
Denpasar (Bali)

Responsibilities:
Overall Role Propose

Ensure that Retail Outlet is running smoothly & efficiently and revenue target of store is met through the proper implementation of programs, quality customer service, and giving feedback to retail supervisor.

Accountabilities :


Manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet
Implementstandardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
Undertakes any assignment/special project as determined by the Retail Manager
Adhere to country & Company standards and agreed the operational procedures with all departments to enhance the Retail Outlet Service qualities.
Interface with various internal DHL departments (Operation, Customer Service, Marketing, and Account & IT Dept) to ensure service alignment & enhancement.
Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlet
Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office
Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
Implement store hours
Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.
He/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation’s business processes.

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent
2 years experience in frontline customer service
2 years experience in marketing or sales
Communication skills, spoken and written (fluent)
Seeks out and critically evaluates both numerical and narrative information. Draws accurate conclusions.
Sets clear and realistic goals and objectives.
Establishes a course of action and a sequence of steps to ensure that activities and objectives are efficiently achieved.
Schedules time effectively and uses efficient work methods and tools.
