HRGA Manager (Sidoarjo, East Java)
Sidoarjo (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Purpose of The Job:
To guide and monitor all human resources activities which involved the development of HR policies and procedures such as recruitment, rewards, learning and development, industrial relations to ensure the motivated and competent human resources.
Principals Accountabilities:
To develop and implement human resources strategies, systems, policies and procedures
To develop remuneration and benefit system
To guide and coordinate yearly manpower planning
To guide and coordinate recruitment and selection process to ensure the timely manpower availability
To develop and monitor yearly performance review to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
To develop, monitor and implement learning and development program for each employee as well as develop motivated career path and provide necessary succession plan
To monitor industrial relation activities to ensure productivity and employees satisfaction
To guide and monitor GA activities including defining yearly budget and its action plan
Requirements:
Minimum S1 from Legal, Psychology, Management and/or other relevant majors
Minimum 5 year working experiences as HRGA Manager
Good analytical thinking, strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Strong Labor Law Knowledge and Wide experiences in Industrial Relation
To be placed at Sidoarjo Factory, East Java
Preferable domicile in East Java
